President

Steve is a retired educator after 32 years as a teacher and principal in Des Moines,  Urbandale, and Johnston 

and supervisor of instruction at Simpson College. 

Steve also has nearly 20 years experience in insurance and financial services.

Steve has Medicare's 

National AHIP Certification 

and helps clients with all 

 their Medicare needs 

and other insurance options. 

Steve enjoys raising backyard chickens, riding the bike trails 

of central Iowa, and making natural homemade soaps.

Esther is a retired educator 

after 44 years of teaching 

in Urbandale where she 

was named  

"Teacher of the Year" 

in 2015. 

Esther volunteers at Terrace Hill and Plymouth Church 

along with working part-time 

at the Des Moines Civic Center and the Metropolitan Opera. 

Esther enjoys 

gardening, traveling, 

making very healthy salads, 

and spending time with our 

three granddaughters and 

our Labradoodle "Sadie".
